Recital Ticket & Event FAQs

• Do participating students need a recital ticket?
  No. Students performing in the recital do not need a ticket. They will remain backstage for the duration of the show. A live video feed of the performance will be available backstage for all performers and backstage volunteers.

• How do I purchase tickets?
  Tickets are available now through our online ticketing portal. Seating is assigned and tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The earlier you purchase, the more seating options will be available.

• Are ticket purchases refundable?
  No. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

• Is seating assigned?
  Yes. All seating at Fallbrook High School's Bob Burton Theater is assigned.

• Will tickets be available at Will Call?
  No. There is no Will Call service, and tickets cannot be held for future purchase.

• Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
  No. Photography and videography are not permitted during the show.

• How do I access my tickets?
  Please print your tickets at home or download them to your mobile device before arriving. A printed or digital ticket is required for entry into the theater.

• Are the 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM shows different?
  No. Both performances are identical, and all students will perform in both shows.

• Do I need separate tickets for both performances?
  Yes. If you plan to attend both the 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM performances, you must purchase a ticket for each show.

• Are there volunteer opportunities available?
  Yes. Mothers may volunteer as a Backstage Mom for one of the performances. Backstage Moms help supervise students, keep classes in their designated areas, and ensure performers are ready and on time. Because they remain backstage throughout the show, Backstage Moms do not need to purchase a ticket.

• Can Pre-K students stay and watch the rest of the performance after they are finished?
  Yes, but only if they have a valid ticket. Students who wish to sit in the audience after their performance must remove all stage makeup and change into theater-appropriate attire before entering the auditorium.
