Understanding Your Rehearsal Call Time

A call time is the designated time by which all cast members and crew are expected to arrive, be present, and ready to work. It is important that each dancer arrives on time, prepared, and ready to begin at their scheduled call time.

For rehearsals on June 10, 11, and 12, all listed call times reflect the actual start time of rehearsal. We kindly ask that dancers arrive no earlier than five minutes before their scheduled call time.

Please note that we are unable to provide supervision for minors outside of their designated rehearsal times. For the safety and well-being of all dancers, we ask families to plan drop-off and pick-up accordingly.

Thank you for helping us maintain a seamless, organized, and professional rehearsal experience. Your attention to these details allows us to create the exceptional recital experience our dancers deserve.
