Ensemble - teen & Adults.

Our Ensemble Program is designed for whether you are a new or a seasoned Dancer, who is ready for more of a commitment to your fitness and wellness journey, and/or achieving your technical dance skill goals!  This program bundles two classes, “Technique Ensemble” and “Style Ensemble". Technique will train students in basic Ballet technique, Strength, and Endurance.  Style will be a choreography-based class ranging from Lyrical to Jazz choreography or Hip Hop choreography. In order to be a part of the Ensemble Program discount on tuition, you must have concurrent enrollment in both the technique and style classes.

Dancilates - (Floor Mat Pilates) Dancing meets Pilates. Focus on improving your core strength, load tolerance, coordination and flexibility through music-driven movements and upbeat dance sequences.
